Software projects

A selection of practical tools, experiments and learning experiences. Explore what motivated each one and how I approached it.

Projects in practice

Different problems. The same curiosity to understand them and build something useful.

Vende & Aprende

Understand a product today. Recommend it with more confidence tomorrow. Product knowledge, practical recommendations and ongoing learning in one place.

The problem

With a large catalogue and little time between customers, remembering differences, terminology and suitable recommendations is difficult.

What I built

Searchable product sheets explain what a product is, how it differs, who it suits and when another option may be better. AI and web research help prepare the content; people keep reviewing and deciding.

ExpiTrack application: products and expiry datesMVP

ExpiTrack

The problem

Scattered records make it difficult to see which products need attention and organise recurring expiry checks.

What I built

A Vue 3 interface backed by Django: product management, expiry dates, search, user permissions and an upcoming-expiry dashboard. The repository includes an installable PWA. Database configuration supports an external database or local SQLite; the production database is not claimed here.

Learning by building with Unity

The problem

Transforming historical research on IBM's large mainframes into an interactive digital experience. Given project creative freedom, I decided to move away from conventional formats and develop a Unity prototype to explore content dynamically. The main challenge was learning the basics of a new engine and language from scratch, maintaining a clear and functional experience in two weeks.

What I built

As a first approach to C# and Unity, development focused on implementing a state system to manage interaction flow and user progress. Scene control and 2D interface design were worked on to present technical information clearly, keeping focus on navigation and content understanding.

Object Locator

The problem

Difficulty remembering the exact location of infrequently used objects at home or in storage.

What I built

Registration system with contextual tags and photos that allows for quick and visual search of any registered object.

AutocustomGT

The problem

Create a robust e-commerce platform capable of handling thousands of auto parts references, allowing the owner completely autonomous management without technical knowledge, and offering an optimized and frictionless purchase flow.

What I built

Headless architecture using Vue.js for the frontend and Django REST Framework for the backend. Implementation of a massive product import system (CSV), integration with cloud storage (Supabase) for automatic image optimization, and secure payment flows integrating webhooks.

Open platform for adaptive learning pathways supported by Artificial Intelligence

My Computer Engineering final-year project: an open, modular platform for personalised learning pathways. Teachers retain control, with AI as a supporting tool and integration possibilities still being developed.

The 10,000 websites for €20 challenge

Exploring how to create affordable basic websites through an optimised development and delivery process. The challenge is scaling the work while maintaining a minimum standard of quality.
